This weekend I headed down to Indio, CA for the Coachella Music & Arts Festival and had a blast. I don’t know if it was the music or the hot weather, but being there literally puts youin the best mood. Coachella is equivalent to Disneyland for music lovers, like me, because you get to check out so many great bands and DJ's.One of my favorite things about any festival is the way people put their outfits together. Since the weather gets up to 100 degrees and you are walking, jumping and dancing sometimes it’s hard to look impeccable, but It’s important to be as comfortable as possible. The first day of the festival was pretty amazing, I got to see pretty good acts like !!!, Cold Cave, The Drums (best afternoon set), and Omar Rodriguez Lopez, but it wasn’t until the afternoon during Lauryn Hill's set when things got really good. The biggest surprise for me was checking out the energy of Cut Copy's set at the Mojave tent. Everyone was jumping like crazy and it was so fun. The rest of the night just kept getting better with sets from Crystal Castles (rave from hell), Interpol, The Chemical Brothers, and a “trip” to memory lane with Caifanes who were extremely amazing. MORE PICS TO COME!!!!
