The Treasure Island Music Festival held in San Francisco was so much fun. I think what makes this event so special is the great views of the SF skyline and also that we get to see every band on the bill. This year the festival had one of the best lineups since I started attending three years ago. Day 1 had more dance/electronic oriented acts like Cut Copy, Chromeo, Buraka Som Sistema and Battles. Day 2 had more indie/rock acts like Wild Beasts, Warpaint, St. Vincent and Beach House, who in my opinion was the best act of the weekend. The weather in San Fran is always so unpredictable that the best thing to do is bring layers, comfortable shoes and lots and lots of energy.
